An established Tier 2 company with an outstanding track record working on a range of Industrial and Commercial projects is seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join their team in Brisbane.

The successful applicant will be joining a close-knit group of hardworking team members. This is a permanent and full-time position that offers a competitive package.

Responsibilities
  • A demonstrated safety first work ethic and professional attitude
  • Welding using MIG, stick and TIG (TIG not essential but looked upon favourably)
  • Undertaking steel fabrication and repairs to high standards
  • Willing to both contribute and learn from others; and
  • The ability to build clear and open communication with clients, management, supervisors, leading hands and team members.
Qualifications
  • Trade Qualified Boilermakers
  • Experience with heavy fabrication/welding and repairs
  • Outstanding safety behaviours
  • Great work ethic and commitment to seeing a project through to the end
  • Driver’s license and own transport
  • Experience working directly with site teams
  • Excellent communication and management skills.
  • Strong work ethic, workmanship & quality focus with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and assist staff where required to achieve deadlines
  • Hold Australian Work rights (Residential or Visa)
