Site Supervisor

Our client is a leading fit out & interior main contractor with over three decades of envious reputation of working with global blue-chip clients throughout the length and breadth of Australia. 

Due to a number of high-profile project wins, the company is now seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team. These candidates will come from a tier 1 or tier 2 fit out background with experience in delivering luxury fit outs to the Education, Healthcare, Universities or Commercial sectors. 


The candidate will be responsible for: 

  • Excellent knowledge of all phase of commercial construction 
  • Experience in construction scheduling, field supervision, and quality control of construction projects 
  • Managing sub-contractors, direct labour & on-site activities 
  • Managing day to day operations of the project 
  • Ensuring project deadlines are being met and that everyone is working to highest productivity levels 
  • Ensuring the site is clean, tidy and that H&S is of paramount importance 
  • A Construction Related Trade in Carpentry or Building 
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Supervision within the Commercial Building Environment 
  • First Class Communication Skills 
  • Adaptable to multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Able to lead and take charge of a project 
  • White Card, First Aid Certificate & Riggers License 
  • Full Australian Working Rights and Currently Living in Australia
