Building Inspector – Industrial/Commercial Construction

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Building Inspector to join their South Brisbane team. This role focuses on risk, safety, and compliance inspections on operational and existing industrial facilities. You’ll be working on live sites and live works, ensuring that all standards are met, and safety remains paramount.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience conducting risk, safety, and compliance inspections on industrial or commercial facilities
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, building codes, and compliance standards for live sites and live works
- Practical, hands-on construction knowledge, ideally with a carpentry or trade background
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks while maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensuring compliance across operational sites
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive, well-resourced environment and contributes positively to team dynamics
