About the Role: Seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee the delivery of a small, straightforward medical build. Working closely with the site team, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and driving subcontractors to meet project timelines.
- Managing site operations, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Conducting site inspections to maintain compliance with Australian building codes and WHS regulations.
- Monitoring progress and reporting to the Project Manager.
- Managing materials and equipment to ensure smooth project execution.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven ability to drive project completion.
- Broad all-rounder project experience.
- Experience on projects up to $20M
- QBCC, White Card & First Aid
