About the Role:
Being the sole Site Manager and reporting to the Project Manager, you will drive project completion, oversee site processes, managing health and safety, construction programme, reporting progress, and coordinating subcontractors. This project will be dividing an open plan office space into 2, and a fit out.
Skills & Experience:
- Ability to drive project completion
- Office fit out experience
- Procore, MS Project
- Exposure to projects up to $3mil
- QBCC Supervisor
- White Card
- First Aid
