As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced Foreman to join their team and take the lead on their latest boutique apartment development in Inner Brisbane. This project is an 8-level high-end residential build with 50 apartments and a double basement, requiring a hands-on leader with a keen eye for detail and experience in high-quality multi-residential construction.

Role & Responsibilities As Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards. Your key duties will include:
- Managing and coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to specification
- Supervising subcontractors, trades, and site personnel, ensuring efficiency and high-quality finishes
- Maintaining compliance with building regulations, WHS standards, and company policies
- Identifying and solving site challenges proactively, ensuring smooth project delivery
- Liaising closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and key stakeholders to keep communication clear and aligned
- Ensuring the project meets the company’s high-end construction standards and client expectations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Foreman on high-end, multi-residential projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive teams and achieve quality outcomes
- A hands-on, detail-focused approach, ensuring high standards are met across all aspects of the build
- A solid understanding of WHS requirements and compliance on site
- The ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining a solutions-focused mindset
