Site Foreman – High-End Multi-Residential | $60M Waterfront Build | Builder Developer Wynnum, Brisbane
Project Value: $60M
Build Type: Double basement + 10 levels, 40 luxury apartments
Duration: 20-month project + 4+ years of confirmed pipeline
Salary: Up to $200K package (based on experience)

They are now looking to appoint a Foreman to deliver a $60M high-end residential build on the waterfront in Wynnum. This is a 10-level apartment development (plus double basement), delivering 40 architecturally designed apartments.
About the Role As Foreman, you’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the build cycle:
- Site establishment and excavation
- Structural delivery and vertical progress
- Finishes, detailing, and quality assurance
- Handover and completion
You’ll be working alongside a highly experienced project team with a collaborative mindset and a strong commitment to delivering quality without compromising on team wellbeing or work-life balance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience delivering multi-residential/apartment projects
- Strong technical understanding of groundworks, structure, finishes, and handover
- Ability to lead and coordinate trades in a structured and supportive way
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- Passion for quality and pride in workmanship
- A positive, team-focused attitude
