About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team and contribute to the successful delivery of industrial/commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing projects that value from $30 to $100 million and possess a collaborative, team-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of project management from inception to completion
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the industrial/commercial construction sector
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented culture
