Onsite in Palm Beach | Long-Term Pipeline of High-Value Projects
We’re working with a leading construction company seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team onsite at a $20M+ luxury apartment development in Palm Beach. This project has an estimated duration of 9–12 months, with a strong pipeline of additional high-value projects to follow.
Key Details:
- Sole CA on a landmark multi-residential build
- Report directly to the Project Manager
- Full project lifecycle involvement
- Strong emphasis on cost control, contract management, and time management
- Opportunity to continue on future large-scale developments
Ideal Background:
- 2+ years’ experience in multi-residential construction
- 5+ years’ experience in the commercial construction sector
- Proven track record of managing contracts independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-value project environment
