What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years experience in contract administration within the construction industry
- CHEOPS proficiency (essential), Procore & ProcurePro (preferred)
- Strong expertise in procurement, forecasting, and contract management
- Extensive experience in head contracts & subcontracts, including delay notices, variations, RFIs, and contractual notices
- Established local trade relationships (trade references required)
- Highly organised, commercially astute, and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement and contract administration, ensuring compliance with head and subcontract conditions
- Manage payments, claims, and contract variations
- Lead cost forecasting, financial reporting, and risk assessments
- Work closely with the Project Manager and site teams to deliver successful project outcomes
- Develop and maintain subcontractor relationships, negotiating agreements and resolving contract issues
- Ensure all project documentation, warranties, and compliance requirements are met
