Salary: Up to $150,000 + Super + Laptop + Phone

The Role:
As the Site Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of high-end commercial fit-out projects. You will take full ownership of the day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a proactive and hands-on approach, strong leadership, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and managing site activities and subcontractors
- Ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality control
- Upholding safety regulations and promoting a safe work environment
- Collaborating closely with project managers, designers, and clients
- Providing clear and effective communication across all project stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience managing design and construct (D&C) fit-out projects
- A strong background in high-end commercial fit-outs up to $5M
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to foster collaboration and maintain a positive team culture
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with a fast-paced work ethic
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
