Project: $60M High End Apartment Build
Salary: Up to $220k + Super
About Our Client:
With over 20 years in the business, our client is a well-established, family-owned construction firm renowned for delivering high-end apartment projects. As the firm expands their operations into the Brisbane market, we are seeking a skilled Site Manager with multi-residential experience to join our dynamic team.
The Role:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our multi-residential projects in the Brisbane CBD region. With a solid pipeline of work for the next four years, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our growth and ensure the successful execution of high-end apartment builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all site activities, ensuring that work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress, address any issues or delays, and implement solutions as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate records of progress and changes.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment on-site.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in multi-residential construction projects.
- QBCC license is essential.
- Strong understanding of high-end finishes and world-class amenities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
