We’re currently seeking a skilled Structural Foreman to take charge of a $100M high-end apartment build located on the Gold Coast. This 18 storey project with a double basement is set to be one of the standout developments in the area, offering a comfortable timeline and program for delivery. You’ll be stepping into a role where your expertise and leadership will directly contribute to the successful delivery of this landmark project.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Structural Foreman on similar-sized, multi-level residential projects.
- Must have experience on projects of similar value.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage teams and drive results.
- Experience delivering high-end, high-quality builds to a demanding standard.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining the highest safety and quality standards on-site.
