The Role As a Structures Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the structural elements of this large-scale development, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety are maintained throughout the build.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all structural works on-site, from basement excavation to high-rise superstructure
- Work closely with the site and project team to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Coordinate subcontractors, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with safety regulations
- Ensure all structural elements are delivered to high-quality standards
- Foster a collaborative, team-first approach to leadership—no egos, just teamwork
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, engineers, and site teams
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on large-scale projects
- Strong technical knowledge of structures – formwork, reinforcement, concrete, and steel
- Ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively while maintaining a strong team culture
