Our client, a respected main contractor specialising in multi-residential construction, is seeking an experienced Structural Foreman to join their team immediately. This is a contract role offering top market rates and the opportunity to see a major project through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the structural phase of a multi-residential project, including concrete and steel works
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site activities to ensure safe and timely delivery
- Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to maintain program and quality standards
- Manage site reporting and documentation using Procore and MS Project
- Enforce site safety standards and protocols
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Foreman on structural (concrete and steel) multi-residential builds
- Strong knowledge of structural sequencing and coordination
- Proficient in Procore and Microsoft Project
- Valid White Card and First Aid Certification
- Available for an immediate start
