The development application for a twenty-storey residential tower located at 29 – 35 Manning Street Milton has been submitted by Melbourne-based Goldfields Group. This proposal comes with plans to transform this iconic site into an exciting new look that will befit the area’s growing population and increase value in real estate markets surrounding it.
The amazing project design by Rothelowman, which includes 131 apartments and three basement parking levels. The rooftop features a pool with a BBQ area for cooking food on-site or relaxing under the sun lounges while reading your favorite book; there is also more than enough space to practice yoga.
The development site is located behind Park Road and requires the removal of four detached residential dwellings. The project includes a large, two-level green wall along Manning Street on its pedestrian entry into this building complex.
