The Melbourne southeast is about to get a whole lot more beautiful with the new $134.6 million Kingston Centre, which will be designed by internationally renowned ClarkeHopkinsClarke Architects.

The new multi-storey aged care facility will be equipped with 150 modern bedrooms and offer specialised support for residents who are suffering from dementia.

The design of this new facility will maximize natural light, views, and open spaces while also providing residents with access to terraces and gardens.

The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) and Monash Health are partnering to build a state-of-the-art medical facility that will be completed in mid-2026.

Rob Fiske, CEO of VHBA said that the new residential aged care facility will form part of a community-focused neighborhood called Kingston Centre. This area provides integrated health and wellbeing services for older Victorians in need such as home care assistance or medical practices near them which makes it easier for people to get access when their needs arise without having far travel distances involved.
