The INKA General Manager, Danielle Devereux said that they are excited to have Stockland as their milestone project partner. The group plans on building the Stockland Zinc Lane Terraces in a block formation with each terrace having street access through the front and rear of the property.
The Calleya development will be a much-needed addition to the community. This new townhome complex can accommodate up to 6000 residents and consists of over 2030 homes, including 132 terrace buildings with 157 units specifically designated for seniors aged 55 years old or older who are looking for retirement living microcommunities in Aspire; 39 Wintergreen two-storey homes and 1703 residential lots.
