Melbourne is getting a new office tower!

The $190 million, 343-job commercial office building is set to be one of the largest strata office buildings since 2020. Probuild has been contracted to build this project and it is going to create jobs through its development. When completed, the project will provide retail leasing opportunities as well as contributing to Melbourne’s laneway activation plans and greening programs for smarter city life!

Hecker Guthrie, Jack Merlo, and Cox Architecture designed the 28-storey tower. It has been designed to maximise natural light for all occupants while providing an abundance of outdoor space on each floor via generous balconies that overlook landscaped gardens below. This design also provides access to public transport options including trams, trains, and buses at ground level which makes it easy for people in Melbourne to get around without needing their car!

Jeff Xu, founder of Golden Age Group, believes that now is a great time to invest in Melbourne’s CBD with limited quality office space available. 130 Little Collins has faced the demand for tenants within Melbourne’s eastern core due to limited supply and convenience.
