Frasers Property Industrial has appointed 2Construct Pty Ltd, an experienced construction firm in delivering multi-faceted projects to deliver its $62 million 4Ten Epping industrial estate on Melbourne’s North.
The new facilities at 4Ten Epping will reinforce the Australian caravan manufacturer, Crusader Caravans Australia commitment to this country. The company has invested a total of 750 tonnes in steel for constructing their adjoining warehouse and office structures that measure 15,010 sq.m. each – bringing net lettable area available up from 5,761 sq.m. when construction is complete! In addition, they’ll be providing another 16,972 sq.m. speculative building with Cooper Street frontage located next door too.

2Construct Construction Manager, Tony Venier said that the company is excited to partner with Frasers Property Industrial. 2 Construct has recently completed major infrastructure in Melbourne’s Southbank Promenade and new civic green development which are both 5 Star Green Star Design & As-Built rated v 1.3 rating and have a total 125 kilowatts of rooftop solar panels.
Construction on a three-tenancy facility at 4Ten Epping is expected to reach practical completion by early next year.
