The latest development application for an eight-storey residential building located at 23-27 Maud Street has been lodged by HG Developments.
HG Developments has proposed an eight-storey residential building at 23-27 Maud Street.
The application would replace a previously approved development for an idea that extended from Maud Street all the way to Austin streets and was given approval back in June 2017.
The updated proposal by the bureau^proberts features thirty-two and three-bedroom apartments across seven levels that are designed with a modern aesthetic.
Residents will enjoy the luxury of two rooftop pools on level 8 and shaded seating areas. The ground floor pool area includes daybeds, so you’ll never be short on places to relax.
HG Developments are responsible for one of Brisbane’s most iconic buildings, known as Alouette Residences. This 9-storey residential building is located immediately south of the site at 24-30 Austin Street and features x56 apartments.
