Construction of a community development project at Yeerongpilly Green Riverside has commenced.
The first phase of the $ 850 million Yeerongpilly Green Riverside community has created 631 construction jobs.
Steve Miles, Deputy Premier, and State Development Minister turned the first sod on site with Consolidated Properties Group and CVS Lane Capital Partners, who will design and build the project.

As the construction of this development begins, Don O’Rorke said that it has been years of planning and approval. He also indicated how important community consultation was for them throughout all stages leading up to now
Construction on the Yeerongpilly Green Riverside community is expected to be finished by mid-2023.
