In a move that will surely increase the quality of life of the city’s community, Accor together with private development group Keylin has announced plans to open Brisbane’s first Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts. The international hotel brand promises an opulent art deco-inspired interior and other amenities such as 25-metre swimming pool while also providing conference facilities for 100 guests – all at 447 Gregory Terrace which borders both CBD areas along Victoria Parklands where it is located. The 96 room property misses out on nothing; from its restaurants (including daily Chocolatehour), bars, or fitness centre – all signature offerings found within this well renowned global company’s portfolio.

Accor has opened its first Movenpick Hotel in Brisbane.

The first Mövenpick Hotel in Queensland is set to be a huge success, with Simon McGrath , CEO Accor Pacific, saying that they are expecting great things from this new property.

The hotel’s grand two-storey foyer features opulent art deco influences including marble columns and intricate details. Elevated gardens create cascading greenery along the façade, framing city views from every room.

The hotel’s foyer is an oasis of calm with its eight lofty ceilings and art deco flourishes like marble columns, terrazzo flooring, intricate details. The elevated gardens frame sweeping city views while the cascading greenery frames the facade on every side.

The art deco-inspired design of this 15-storey hotel is the work of MAS Architecture Studio with international firm HBA/Hirsch Bedner Associates. The style complements heritage architecture and adjacent residential tower being delivered by Keylin, which makes for an exciting combination in Brisbane city.

Keylin Managing Director Louis Cheung announced that the Mövenpick brand has arrived in Spring Hill, further establishing this area as a premier inner-city destination with new culinary experiences and job creation.

The luxurious Mövenpick Hotel Brisbane Spring Hill is set to open in less than two years time.
