The construction of a new $18 million office building to accommodate the State Government’s parliamentary offices has been awarded to ADCO Construction

The four-storey structure will be located adjacent to WA’s Parliament House in the prominent West Perth location on Harvest Terrace and feature two basement levels, making it an ideal location for people working in this area.

ADCO Construction was awarded the construction of new $18 million State Government’s parliamentary offices.

Bollig Design Group designed the building to incorporate a concrete structure base built with precast panels, inclusive of toilets and lifts. The 48 single secured basement car parking bays have electric charging points as well. This incredible facility is finished off by decorative Donnybrook Stone cladding along its exterior walls plus curtain walling and various landscaping.

The project has been designed to meet the minimum requirements for a NABERS Office Base Building Energy rating of 4.5 Stars and Water Efficiency as well as 5 Green Stars Design/As-Built Rating requirements.

ADCO intends to finish the office accommodation project for its client Pivot Group, scheduled for completion in October 2022.
