Brisbane Airport has long been considered among Australia’s premier airports with its two runways providing access into such major cities like Sydney or Melbourne. But now they’re pushing even further by unveiling their plan to construct a massive one billion-dollar building called “the World Hub.” This facility would service flights on both domestic and international routes.

The new $1 billion building that would be completed in 2032 is projected to come online before the next Olympics; however, if Brisbane wins its bid for hosting rights then the timeline could move up and finish construction sooner.

The new airport is set to be one of Australia’s most advanced in regards to technology as well as sustainability – making it an optimal location not only for Brisbane residents but also travelers from all over the world! BAC is looking forward to what Queensland can offer by harnessing its best assets, including modern design with sustainability at the forefront of their minds.

BAC hopes this project will make for seamless travel convenience by being able to handle all flights at one location instead of splitting them up across multiple terminals like they are now.
