When this contract is up, it’s projected that CPB Contractors will generate $368 million in revenue.

CPB Contractors has already shown their ability to deliver a high-quality project by completing the $463 million Pitt Street Station contract and, earlier this year was confirmed as the builder of an even more impressive $150 million build-to-rent building which will open up above one of its southern entrances.

Juan Santamaria, CIMIC Group Executive Chairman, and CEO said the contract furthers their involvement in delivering Sydney Metro’s City & Southwest project as well as its associated building projects.

Jason Spears, Managing Director of CPB Contractors, stated that the company is pleased to work closely with Oxford Properties, MEA, and Investa Property Group to complete a prestigious building in Sydney’s CBD.
