Brisbane City Council has approved the construction of new residential development over Swann Road in Indooroopilly.
This swanky new development by North makes for an interesting mix of residents. The project, Ethereal Residences will have 46 two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus multiple-purpose rooms, and three-bedroom apartments. RotheLowman, Carr Design and Form Landscape Architects handle architecture duties alongside them.
