Fleetwood is making a big commitment to the Australian manufacturing industry by committing its facilities in Victoria and Queensland. They plan on building modular accommodation units under subcontract from Multiplex for delivering the first 500 beds at end of 2021, which are expected to bring in revenues totaling $32 million in FY22.

The Centre for National Resilience at Mickleham, Victoria will be built and owned by the Federal Government – but operated in collaboration with the Victorian Government throughout COVID-19.

Fleetwood Chief Executive Officer Bruce Nicholson said the company is delighted to be playing a key role in Australia’s response and recovery from COVID-19.
