The residents of Warwick Farm will soon be able to enjoy more than 40 new homes, as a result of the ongoing $16 million social housing project.

With the NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) working to deliver more than 100 projects in Western Sydney, 17,000 new homes are set for construction. 5,000 of these will be dedicated as social housing.

New homes will be built at Warwick Farm in Western Sydney.

The Minister of Water, Property, and Housing has announced that new development will be built at Mannix Parade. The 21 one-bedroom apartments and 22 two-bedroom units are expected to provide residents with more options for living space in this growing city.

The NSW Government is enthusiastic about re-igniting the construction industry with plans for $6.7 billion worth of housing projects in Western Sydney.

In a few short months, construction on the new developments at Warwick Farm is expected to be completed. The final touches are being applied and all that’s left is for owners to move in.
