The Assana project will see a stunning tower built on the shores of Broadbeach, with an aim to become Australia’s tallest residential building. It features both indoor and outdoor living spaces that can accommodate up to 146 luxury housing units in one convenient location.
In an effort to make the construction process as smooth and efficient for customers, Macquarie Developments CEO Peter Galvin announced that they have been working closely with Multiplex from early on in design phases.
Graham Cottam, the Regional Managing Director for Multiplex said that they are pleased to be working alongside Macquarie Developments Group on what will likely turn out as a landmark project on Australia’s Gold Coast.
Construction on this new development is set to start in late May 2022 with an expected award of the contract within a few weeks.
