Paragon tower stands tall at Queen Street in Melbourne after being completed by Multiplex.

The stunning, futuristic tower is a high-rise masterpiece built by Fender Katsalidis Architects at 167 metres in height. The 227 apartments include a library, bar, and dining areas with an exclusive vibe for residents only. This building also includes Australia’s first elevated indoor forest as well as 15-metre lap pool, spa, and gymnasium to keep you healthy while enjoying the view from any of its many balconies or terraces on each level!

Adding a new luxury residential tower to their roster, the Multiplex Victoria Regional Managing Director said that they are thrilled.

Paragon has achieved a 5-Star Greenstar rating, with features including an on-site rainwater harvesting system ideal for sustainable consumption and reintegration into the environment.

Paragon also boasts one of the largest vertical installations of photovoltaic solar panels in Australia, producing clean energy to power their buildings while contributing fewer carbon emissions than traditional fossil fuels or nuclear sources. Furthermore, they offer shared e-bikes as another way to reduce traffic congestion!

Challenges faced throughout construction included the demolition of the old Celtic Club, requiring a complex retention system to preserve the heritage façade. The surveyors carefully conducted daily monitoring in order to ensure no changes or unexpected movement occurred with the existing structure while excavation took place.
