The construction of the Grandton Applecross building in Perth has been led by an innovative and talented team from Developer Norup + Wilson. They have just announced that they’ve chosen a company to construct their newest project, which will be 14 stories tall.

The project for upscale senior housing has found the ideal construction partner in PACT Construction.

The Grandton Applecross is a new apartment building that has been designed in collaboration with Silver Thomas Hanley. It will include 80 strata-titled serviced retirement living apartments, 10 private care suites for residents who need help around their homes, and communal areas such as gardens or restaurants on the ground floors of this skyscraper.

Having been chosen for the project, PACT Construction General Manager Jason Thomson said that Norup & Wilson are hands-on experienced operators with good alignment and collaboration between their teams. They look forward to working closely together in order to successfully deliver this new development.

The Grandton Applecross has been specially designed to provide a spacious and flexible living space that’s suitable for evolving needs. The structure meets Class 9C safety standards, with 24-hour service present at all times in case you need assistance.

John and Dave from Norup & Wilson expressed their delight at being able to collaborate with PACT on such a prestigious project. A company that has built multiple-level complexes, is an active member of the ABN Group and is well established in Western Australia. They have strong team members who all come together for one goal – creating top-notch structures which stand out among others.

Grandton Applecross is scheduled to start construction in October 2021.
