FORME has submitted a development application to construct an apartment complex with five floors. A new building will be constructed at 31 Doggett Street in Teneriffe.
The design of the James Street precinct has been crafted by Richards and Spence, who are responsible for its unique brutalist architectural identity.
The proposal includes 551m2 of retail space across four ground floor tenancies which are anticipated to accommodate a mix of shops, restaurants, and cafes.
This is a great way to activate the adjoining Midvale Lane with retail tenancies oriented towards laneway.
