Mirvac has submitted a development application for an exciting new project at 57 Skyrise Terrace, Newstead.

The Mirvac Design team is proud to present the second stage of their Sky Precinct at 57 Skyring Terrace in Newstead, which has been brought forward following faster than anticipated sales for stage one Quay Waterfront Newstead. The planned sub-tropical design will be focused on organic forms and a connection with nature.

The proposed rooftop recreation deck includes a pool, sunset bar, and sky gardens. It also has wellness spaces as well as gym facilities for working from home employees to enjoy.

The new building is expected to be released in mid-2022 pending approval by Brisbane City Council.

With the success of Quay, Mirvac Head Of Residential Stuart Penklis announced that they will be moving forward with their planning phase for this new stage.

Mirvac Design Director, Michael Wiener says they worked closely with landscape architects and RPS to develop a lush planting palette that will enhance the liveability of this building while also adding greenery in an urban space.

Mirvac is a company that specializes in building communities. They have been developing Waterfront Newstead since 2001, including the completed Pier and Park as well their latest stage Quay which will be finished by 2024.
