An application for stage seven has been submitted for Pelicano’s South City Square.
The future of Pelicano’s South City Square is finally coming into view with the submission of an application for stage seven.
South City Square is a popular destination for those looking to make their mark in this exciting city. The first three stages of development have been completed, with stage four currently underway – including the new Hyatt Place Hotel that will soon be open.
The second to last major residential tower site for the South City Square development has been proposed. This would be an incredible addition and final flourish before its completion.
The building is designed by DBI Architecture and has been built with 152 apartments across fifteen levels. It’s quite curved, making it an iconic structure in this area of town.
Oculus has proposed a large public garden called “Secret Garden” to be placed along the eastern boundary of their development which includes in the application.
