Big things are happening in Singapore! Peakstone, a well-established property development company awarded the contract to Built after an extremely competitive tender process.

The site, formerly the headquarters of Victoria Police is now occupied by Peakstone’s Singaporean property development. In 2018 they acquired this property and are reusing it for new purposes! Chris Khoo from Head Office says that these works will breathe some life into underutilized assets.

Cox Architecture has designed a new campus-style office precinct that will be 5-star NABERS Energy rated and focused on contemporary wellness amenities, increased connectivity.

The redevelopment of 637 Flinders Street will not only retain and utilize the existing façade features but is also expected to add approximately 2062 square meters on top for a total net leasable area that reaches 25,112 sq m. Large flexible floor plates measure from 650 – 3700 sqm with two separate end cores as well as 2 entrances from both Siddeley St & Flinder’s Street! Completion date set at quarter 3rd – 2022
