TOGA has released a new mixed-use tower development that will provide commercial office, hotel and wellness spaces. The 42-storey high building is located at Tech Central in Sydney where it can be seen dominating the skyline with its sleek design.

Tech Central is set to become Australia’s largest technology zone with plans for an incredible new building that will house companies from all over the country. The TOGA central project lies prominently at one of Sydney’s key intersections, George Street downtown and can cater specifically towards southern CBD businesses that are looking forward to expanding their workforce rapidly.

TOGA tower

TOGA has announced its plans of building a 42-storey tower.

Atlassian’s new global headquarters in Sydney is not only the company’s biggest ever investment, but it also has a double-barrel connection for locals. The project will involve renovating an iconic heritage building that was once home to Parcel Post Offices and converting this into their ultra-modern base of operations while keeping its original stature intact – something you don’t see every day.

The 21-storey tower will have an interconnected series of vertical villages, with each floor having city views and highly flexible layouts. The building’s security infrastructure is enabled by new technology while access to wellness facilities including lap pools are available for employees at the top level.

TOGA Group Managing Director, Allan Vidor announced that Tech Central will become a world-class innovation hub for Sydney in the heart of CBD. The new building aims to incorporate environmental sustainability and wellness ratings as well delivering high performance with an operable façade design so it can achieve carbon neutrality through operations.

The TOGA Central project will be the latest addition to a growing portfolio of commercial and mixed-use developments for this renowned developer. This proposed development application has been planned mid-2022.
