The development application for two 20-storey residential towers has been submitted by Sekisui House, Ltd. Known as ‘tower 4’ and ‘5a’, these buildings will soon be built in the West Village area of Brisbane City.
Tower 4 is a bold and exotic apartment building with 110 rental units that will be built above Goodlife West Village in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD.
The architect, Rothelowman has created a subtropical paradise for those who live in tower 4. The generous verandas project outwards to the north and south are complemented by integrated landscaping on upper levels of this building which also include terraces accessible via staircases or elevators depending upon your needs as well.
Tower 5a is a high-rise apartment building with 95 floors that have been designed to be both vertical and elegant. The distinctive sculptured tectonic wall adds an interesting element to this modern structure’s design, making it stand out among other buildings in the skyline.
The two towers on the roof of this building have rooftop decks that include pools and gardens. One will even be dog-friendly.
The development application has revealed that the developer plans to build Tower 5a before building 4. Tower 5a offers two levels of commercial space to suit your business needs.
The second to last development proposal for West Village’s master plan is located right next door from Tower 4, and it has an exciting prospect.
West Village is changing hands for $202 million. The 16,560sqm retail component was scooped up by Centuria Capital Group in an off-market purchase. With this transaction, Centuria gains control of the future retail stages as they are completed.
